Warranty Policy

  1. Standard 12 months warranty  from date of purchase for all products that were purchased in new condition.

  2. 6 months warranty for open box purchases.

  3. All Dripstone warranties are limited to the original purchaser only and not transferrable to any other party.

  4. Warranty registration is not required, but purchasers are asked to retain their receipt as proof of purchase.

  5. Any party returning a faulty unit must pay all applicable freight  (and insurance if applicable)

  6. We pay for freight charges to return the repaired unit to the customer.

  7. Dripstone reserves the right to replace any faulty unit that is no longer in production with a current model of similar or equivalent type.

  8. Evidence of any of the following conditions will void any warranty claim: Lightning Strike, Power Surge, physical damage. Unauthorized end user or third party modifications to any component or evidence of misuse or abuse of the device will render all warranties void.

  9. Dripstone strive to ensure a maximum 10 working day turnaround from the time the unit arrives at our premises, but cannot be held responsible for any reasonable delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

  10. Goods capable of storing user-generated data may experience a loss of data during the repair process.
